Salad Shakeup

There are so many delicious, interesting and healthy ways to make a salad. This month, we want you to be creative and come up with different ways to prepare a salad for you and your family. From using different types of lettuce to unique combinations of veggies or fruit, the possibilities are endless. So, try and make a new salad at least once a week and make sure to consider the preferences and tastes of each family member. Here are a couple salads for inspiration:

Caesar Salad
