Grow Your Own Greens

One of the best ways to make sure you always have greens at home is to grow them yourself. This month, we want you to find a space outside and try to grow a green of your choice. Understanding where and how to grow your own healthy foods makes you appreciate and love them even more. Here are a couple suggestions for greens you can grow on your own:

Not only does it have a fun name, Bok Choy is one of the most nutrient-dense plants in the world. It improves bone strength, cardiovascular health and can help you heal faster. So, bring Bok Choy to your own backyard.
