Green Space

This month is not just about eating your greens, we want you to be active in all different kinds of green spaces. Whether it’s a walk through a nature preserve or playing a game in the park, we want you to take advantage of outdoor spaces at least twice a week. The more you get your body moving, the mightier you’ll feel. Here are some ideas for activities or things you can do: 

  1. Play with family or friends in your yard
  2. Walk or bike through a nature preserve
  3. Go and play at the park with family and friends
  4. Organize a game or activity with a group in a local field
  5. Help your parents out in the yard or garden
