Jumping Jacks 
Being physically active is a great way to boost your self-confidence. Not only does physical activity have a lifting impact on your mood, but it helps keep your body and mind feeling good. And jumping jacks are one of those full body exercises that can be done where you feel comfortable, even from the comfort of your own room. So start every day this month with a couple sets of jumping jacks and see just how great you feel. Here’s how to do them:

  1. Start in a standing position, with your feet together  and your hands at your side. 
  2. In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head, as if you trying to bring your hands close together.
  3. Then, in a continuous motion, jump your feet back together  and bring your hands back down to your side. Concentrate on your form.
  4. Try to do at least 2 sets of 20 jumping jacks 3 times a week.
