Active Support

This month, we want you to pair up with a friend or family member and encourage each other to do something active together. It doesn’t matter the activity as long as you both commit to performing it together and try to do it at least 3 times a week. One of the easiest ways to be kind is to actively support and encourage those you care about. Here are some example activities you can do together:

1. Go for a walk together

2. Ride bikes together.

3. Go for a job together

4. Learn a new dance together.

5. Solve a puzzle together.
