This month, we want you to pair up with a friend or family member and perform a workout of your choosing. However, we want one person to lead the workout and one person to follow the instructions of the other. It can be any combination of exercises or activities, but the key is to listen to your partner as they lead you through an activity. The goal of this exercise is to encourage each other to be active and to listen. Here are some things to keep in mind:
1. Always listen to the person leading.
2. Challenge one another to activities the other isn’t familiar with.
3. Talk about each workout or activity beforehand and remember to switch off being the “leader” and the “listener.”
4. At the end, the “leader” should ask the “listener” what they could have done or explained better.
5. Work hard and have fun.
